Securing vacant buildings is never straightforward, and Viewpoint in Basingstoke was a perfect example of just how challenging – and important – proper vacant property security really is.

This wasn’t just about fresh paint, the goal was to restore and improve the appearance while respecting the character of the estate the practice sits within.

This was a great little project where everything had to move quickly. We were asked to redecorate a one-bedroom flat in High Wycombe, annexed onto a shopping centre, with a new tenant due to move in within just two weeks.
