Humble Beginnings​

It all began with a few jobs just to get by, sanding, painting, minor decorations and carrying out basic property maintenance. What started as a one-man operation quickly evolved through word-of-mouth trust. At the heart of this growth is Miles, whose hands-on approach and reliability laid the foundation for something far greater.

As demand grew, so did the business. We built strong relationships with clients and contractors alike, eventually forming Offset Facilities Management in 2018. By reinvesting in the business and securing key partnerships, he transformed a local London-based service into a nationwide operation. Today, we manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the UK—while proudly continuing to work with the very contractors who started this journey with us.
